Day one – I feel the same as yesterday, but the diet has just begun. Acai is a delicious food and you can eat it as a snack or as part of a meal. Because of its low fat and sugar content, it even works as an excellent midnight snack!
How I ate it: Acai mashed into a jam, spread on wheat bread. Served with chicken/carrot/bell pepper stir fry.
